MJ Jones offers complimentary delivery within 2-4 working days. Express delivery within 1-2 working days is also available at checkout.

Delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow additional time for international deliveries that may require processing by customs. All items are carefully dispatched within 24 hours unless informed otherwise.

You can return or exchange any order to us within 30 days of receiving it.

Due to our armoured safes being special orders, exchanges or refunds are not possible.

All of our products enjoy a lifetime warranty, guaranteeing your product for any manufacturing defect. Please note that damage, wear or defects caused from fair use over time, lack of care, or accidental damage, are excluded from the lifetime warranty.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express and Mastercard. Please note that additional identity validation may be required especially if the transaction value is large.

Bank Transfers are also accepted; in order to pay by Bank Transfer, our Client Advisors are available to help you. Please Contact us. Please note that processing purchases by Bank Transfer can take up to 5 business days.

When placing an order, your billing address must correspond to the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
